These days WhatsApp is working on the 'Photo Quality' feature for its Android users. With the help of this feature, it will be easier for users to share photos in better quality.
Using this feature, the photo quality will be compressed only up to 10 percent, which means the photos will be in their original quality up to 90 percent.
WhatsApp compresses the photo quality by more than 50 percent when sharing photos in the normal way.
How to use photo quality feature?
To use the photo quality feature on WhatsApp, first open the chat on the WhatsApp app to which you want to send the photo.
Now select the photo you want to send by clicking on the camera icon and tap on the HD button inside the drawing editor header.
Here click on 'Standard Quality' or 'HD Quality' option as per your convenience and click on send button.
This feature can be rolled out to everyone in the next update.
