This all-rounder out of Pakistan Super League, Sarfaraz’s team engaged in finding replacement

New Delhi: There is movement of players in Pakistan Super League (PSL 2023). Meanwhile, Sri Lankan star all-rounder Wanindu Hasaranga has been ruled out of the PSL. He will not join Sarfaraz Ahmed's team Quetta Gladiators. Sri Lanka has called him back under workload management. Although the Hasarangas were partially available. He was allowed to play six matches before leaving on 3 March, but the franchise confirmed that he was out of the league altogether. The franchise is now busy in finding his replacement.

Kais Ahmed can join the team soon

Hasaranga was supposed to join the team at the start of the PSL. After his departure, Afghanistan leg-spinner Kais Ahmed was drafted in to take over, but Hasaranga's absence has forced Kais to play in the Gladiators' next two matches. However, the way is open to find a replacement for Hasaranga.

Hasaranga will not demand NOC

SLC CEO Ashley de Silva told ESPNcricinfo that Hasaranga will not seek the NOC. He would go on to play in the National Super League as well as in New Zealand. Gladiators are in poor form this season. They have already lost two of the three games they have played this season.

Hasaranga out of Cricket League for the second time
