Sapna Gill lodges FIR against Prithvi Shaw in scuffle case

A Mumbai court has granted bail to social media influencer Sapna Gill in a case of alleged misbehavior with Indian cricketer Prithvi Shaw.

Now Sapna has filed an FIR against the Indian opener and his friends at the Mumbai Police Station.

Let me tell you, recently there was a controversy regarding Prithvi's selfie, after which other people including Sapna were arrested.

Sapna's lawyer Kashif Ali Khan has filed an application at Andheri's Airport police station, seeking registration of an FIR against Prithvi and his friends for alleged molestation and outraging modesty.

Sapna has filed a case against Prithvi under sections 34, 120 B, 146, 148, 149, 323, 324, 351, 354 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

Sapna told that on February 15, his friend Shobhit Thakur demanded a selfie from Prithvi in ​​a hotel, on which the Indian cricketer broke Thakur's phone.

Sapna also alleged that an inebriated Prithvi along with his friends started beating Thakur.

Sapna further said that she pleaded with Prithvi and his companions to save her friend.

Sapna has alleged that during the scuffle on February 15, Prithvi had touched her inappropriately as well as pushed her.

Apart from this, Sapna claimed that she had told the Indian cricketer and his friends during this dispute that she would file a police complaint in this matter, but then Prithvi and his friends appealed not to do so.

Prithvi was recently seen playing for Mumbai in Ranji Trophy 2022-23. He scored 595 runs in six matches at an average of 59.50. Meanwhile, he also scored a triple century (379).

He was the second highest run-scorer from his team this season after Ajinkya Rahane. Please tell that Rahane had scored 634 runs in seven matches.
