Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelenskyarrived on Wednesday night at Paris for a meeting with the French president, Emmanuel Macronand with the German chancellor, Olaf Schölz.

Zelensky landed at Orly airport around 20:45 GMT aboard an official British plane - he was traveling from London - and will immediately transfer to the Elysee Palacewhere the German and French presidents are already waiting for him.

The three leaders will make a brief statement to the press from there before holding a working dinner, in which they will discuss maintaining the support of both countries and that of the European Union to Ukraine against the Russian invasion, which will be one year old on the 24th.

Zelensky will attend tomorrow at Brussels to a meeting of heads of state and government of the European Union in which the continuation of community aid to Ukraine is one of the main topics of discussion.

On his visit to United Kingdomthe Ukrainian president discussed sending more modern war material to his country and the British prime minister, Rishi Sunakannounced that he asked his defense minister for the possibility of delivering combat aircraft to kyiv.

Prior to this tour of various European capitals, Zelensky had only visited two foreign countries since the beginning of the Russian invasion, USA and Poland.
