Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has become the 'Man of the Match' consecutively in the first two Tests against Australia. Jadeja has won this title 8 times in Tests played at home.
Along with Sachin Tendulkar, he is the joint second most Indian to win this title at home. If Jadeja does wonders in the third Test as well, he will equal Anil Kumble's (9) record of doing so most times.
Jadeja's performance has been amazing in the series
Apart from taking 17 wickets in two matches, Jadeja has also scored 96 runs. He is the highest wicket taker in the current series.
Jadeja has taken 5 wickets in an innings once and 7 wickets once. In this series, he also completed his 250 Test wickets.
He became the fastest Asian cricketer to complete the double of 250 wickets and 2,500 runs. He has done this feat second fastest in the world.
