Indian batsman KL Rahul is going through bad form. Rahul has lost his vice-captaincy in the Test team and is on the verge of being dropped for the third Test against Australia.

In such a situation, Dinesh Karthik has given his example on his situation.

"It's happened to me too. When you get out and go to the dressing room, you go quietly to the bathroom and shed a few tears. It's not a good experience," he said.

Since January 2019, Rahul's batting average in Tests has remained the same at 28.69. He has not been able to play even a half-century innings for a year.

In the last 10 Test innings, Rahul scored scores of 8, 12, 10, 22, 23, 10, 2, 20, 17 and 1.

Rahul was preferred in the first two Tests and Shubman Gill, despite being in excellent form, has to sit on the bench.
