instagram has introduced a shortcut in the Stories section to remember old 'stories' published on the platform and encourage users to share them with other people so they can also see them.

The company already has a tool that collects the different images and the videos shared on the social network in this section, located at the top of the interface, above the 'feed'.

To access it, you must choose the profile tab, located at the bottom right of the screen. Next, the three lines of the menu at the top right and choose the 'File' option.

In this section the live videos made in said account are shown, the contents of the 'feed' archived - removed from public view, but stored on the platform - and the stories that have been published, with their corresponding date.

In this last section, the contents are arranged in preview format with thumbnailscalendar (which organizes these publications by date) and according to the place where they have been published in case you have added a specific location.

Instagram has now introduced a button called 'Memories', placed next to the user's profile picture in Stories, which automatically directs users to the stories posted that day.

"Review the moments you shared around these dates"warns the social network, owned by Meta, which has encouraged the owners of these accounts to share their stories “so other people can see them too.”

instagram has introduced this button in both the iOS version of the app as in the Android version, although it is not present in the web version, as Europa Press has been able to verify.
