Bihar: CET registration process for admission to B.Ed course begins

The application process for the Joint Entrance Test (CET) to be held for admission to B.Ed course in government and private colleges of Bihar has started from today.
Lalit Narayan Mithila University has issued online forms for this. All the eligible students who want to take admission in this 2 year course can apply online through the official website.
The last date to apply is March 15.

The Bihar B.Ed written exam will be of 2 hours. A total of 120 questions will be asked in this test, which will be based on General English, General Hindi, General Awareness, Reasoning Ability, Teaching and Learning Environment in Schools.
There is no provision of any negative marking in the exam. All the candidates have to enter the answers on the OMR sheet.
To pass the exam, it is necessary to score at least 35 percent marks.
When will the exam be conducted?
As per the official notification, the CET exam will be conducted on April 8, 2023. The admit card is likely to be issued on March 30, 2023. Candidates can submit application from March 16 to March 20 with late fee.
Who can apply?
Candidates who have obtained Bachelor's degree with at least 50 per cent marks in Science, Engineering and Technology with at least 55 per cent marks in Science and Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics can apply for CET exam. You have done
Students passing this exam will be able to get admission for 2 year B.Ed course in any one of the registered universities.
Know the registration process and application fee
first candidate official website Go to After that click on the login tab on the home page and register by filling the information.
Click on the application form and fill the information asked. After that submit the application.
Unreserved candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 1,000, while those belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) category will have to pay an application fee of Rs 500.
The application fee for economically weaker sections and women candidates has been kept at Rs 750.
In which universities will I get admission after the exam?
After passing the exam, candidates will get admission in Aryabhatta Knowledge University Patna, Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University Madhepur, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University Muzaffarpur, Jai Prakash University Chhapra, Lalit Narayan Mithila University Darbhanga, Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University Darbhanga.
Apart from this, admission will also be available in registered universities like Munger University Munger, Magadh University Bodh Gaya, Patna University, Purnea University, Patliputra University, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Veer Kunwar Singh University Ara, Maulana Mazharul Haq Arabic and Persian University etc.
